Jarvis Learn - Terms of Use (Simplified)

Welcome to Jarvis Learn! These terms are the simple rules for using our website, platform, and training courses. By using our site or buying a course, you agree to these rules. We might update these rules sometimes, and using our site means you agree to those updates too.

1. Simple Definitions

• "Learners" / "Participants": Anyone who signs up or buys a training class from us.

• "Formats": How we teach (Physical Classrooms, Live Online Classes, or Self-Paced Online learning).

• "Instructors": Our teachers and subject experts.

• "Users": Anyone visiting our website.

2. Who Can Use Our Site? (Eligibility)

• Under 13: You cannot use our platform.

• Ages 13 to 17: You can use our site, but only if a parent or guardian supervises you and agrees to these rules.

• Ages 18 and older: You have full access to buy and take courses.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel your account or remove you from a class if you are disrespectful or violate professional ethics.

3. Rules for Marketing Partners

If you help promote Jarvis Learn, you must follow these rules:

• No False Advertising: Do not make false promises or trick people. If we catch you doing this, we will end our partnership within 3 days.

• Branding Rules: Do not use the Jarvis Learn logo, colors, or official logos from exam bodies (like PMI, Scrum Alliance, or PeopleCert) unless we give you written permission.

4. Refund and Cancellation Rules

We want you to have a great experience. Since we secure resources and digital access immediately, here is how refunds work:

Physical & Live Online Classes

• Need to reschedule? Send us an email at least 14 business days before your class starts. If you have a medical emergency, you can reschedule for free.

• Missed class? If you do not show up to a class you registered for, we cannot offer a refund.

• If we cancel a class: If we have to cancel a physical class, you can choose to join a Live Online Class instead (we will refund the price difference) or move to a future confirmed date.

• Booking in advance: Please try to book your class 2 to 4 weeks before it starts.

Self-Paced Online Courses

• 10-Day Window: You can get a full refund or swap to a different online course within 10 days of buying, as long as you have spent less than 30 minutes inside the learning portal.

• After 10 Days or 30 Minutes: No refunds or swaps are allowed once you study for more than 30 minutes or after 10 days pass from your purchase.
